With over 30 years in the mortgage business with expert knowledge of conventional, jumbo, FHA and VA loans. Maria has significant experience analyzing clients’ income, assets, liabilities, credit reports, purchase contracts, employment verification, and title. Maria works closely with borrowers, buyers, sellers, title companies, underwriters, lenders, real estate agents and attorneys to provide a seamless experience and quick close.
